Shipping

We ship EU wide from Ireland. The only exception being countries where there are legal restrictions against pleasure paraphernalia, access issues due to war or natural disaster. We are now also shipping to the UK and will soon add further information here related to this.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

- Standard (AN POST) €5.99* or free when you spend €60

- Expedited (UPS) €11.99

NORTHERN IRELAND

- Standard (AN POST/ROYAL MAIL) £8 or free when you spend £90

*In exceptional circumstances this may be less. For example if you purchase a small item that can be shipped in an A5/A4 padded envelope instead of a box, then we will choose the more cost-effective option for you and refund any excess shipping fees.

If you opt for one of our gorgeous gift box add-ons, this is shipped in a discreet, brown, outer box too, keeping the gift box in pristine condition, and your surprise hidden from any prying eyes!

All refunds will be processed onto the same payment method used to place the order.

Yes, generally you can! Though it really depends on the material and components. We'd be happy to help you dispose of it responsibly, even if it was purchased elsewhere. You can reach out to us directly to find out more.

Payment

Your statement will show the descriptor'SP * La & Ta rather than our full business name.

You can pay using most major credit or debit cards (3D Secure), Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or gift cards. We now also offer YouPay and Klarna too.

Some local payment methods are also available including Bancontact in Belgium and iDEAL in Netherlands.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe).

Enter the gift card number into the appropriate field at checkout. The amount available will then be deducted from your order total.

If you return the items, it will be recredited and sent to you by e-mail. If you have placed an order with split payment, this will be refunded in the same way as it reached us.

If the balance was not completely redeemed, the remaining credit can be used for a future order.

Please enter your discount code in the appropriate field at checkout and confirm by hitting the apply button.

The relevant discount amount will then be deducted from your order total.

Please note, you cannot combine discount codes and there may be items, or customer groups, that are excluded from selected offers. Discount codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be reissued after expiration.

No. Although we could dropship, we prefer to add a personal touch to our orders. We could not do that if we dropshipped.

We keep the majority of our stock on hand in minimal quantities. Due to this some lines may sell out faster than anticipated leading to preorders but we are always open, honest and transparent about this when it's the case.

We use the term "preorder" to refer to items that are not in stock right now. This can include items that have sold out or that are expected to arrive in incoming deliveries.

Preorders generally only affect a small percentage of our range, as we maintain a physical inventory for the majority of our products. However, as a small business, we do not carry the same depth of inventory as larger brands out there. This can result in some items selling out faster than we can restock them, hence the need for preorders.

The wait time for preordered items is usually 1-2 weeks, however some can take slightly longer. This is usually outlined on the product page though to give you a guide towards your expected waiting time before you place your order. Preorder and in-stock information can be found next to the price on the product page so you can make informed purchasing decisions.

Please note that orders containing preordered items, or a mix of preordered and in-stock items, may experience slightly longer lead times. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we only ship orders once we have all products in stock.

When available, we include complimentary samples with all orders over €40. You can choose your preferred samples here or allow us to surprise you with something we think you'll love!

While we don't keep charging cables in stock, we can source these for most of the models we carry. Alternatively most of the brand manufacturers are usually happy to assist.
